At Avery Dennison - Home of Monarch Brand Products and Services - our policy is to maintain consistent product quality and service personnel to support our products. We do not authorize the servicing of our equipment other than by our trained personnel.

National Repair Facility

The National Repair Facility (NRF) has established standards for quality service. When your labeler is in pieces or just not working how it should NRF's objective is to repair or replace your labeler to proper operating condition - with a "like-new" appearance and latest revision level parts.

The service quality standards include the following goals:

1. Prompt turnaround in two days or less
2. Each labeler repaired is tested before it is returned to you for the following:

Print Registration

Quality of Print

Ease of Operation

Print Band Dialing

Overall Labeler Appearance

3. Lubrication standards

Flat Rate - Handheld Labelers

Flat rate charges - Please call 1-800-214-0872 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT to obtain rates.

Flat rate charges are applicable for repair of all handheld units out of warranty. These rates include parts and labor - excluding special code print bands or missing print heads - to bring each unit back to a "like-new" condition. All units are repaired at the National Repair Facility (see address below). Shipping and handling is not included in the flat rate repair charge.

Service Warranty - Repaired Handheld Labelers

Service on handheld labelers is covered by a limited warranty as follows: Labor and parts are warranted for a period of thirty days from the date of the repair. The labeler must be returned freight prepaid to the National Repair Facility and the unit will be repaired and returned freight prepaid (no Overnight Shipping) at no charge.
